#ImmunityVibes

04/22 2021

I’m bubbling over with excitement to announce that I’ve been lucky enough to work with the one and only Rowdy Mermaid since the start of this year. From assisting with positioning and flavor naming to helping launch this new line of sparkling immunity Adaptonics™, I’ve been splashing around this brand like The Little Mermaid on a Saturday night. I owe an embarrassment of thank yous to Sheila, Jamba, Mel, Jane and the whole Rowdy team for welcoming me to the family.

Dive right in. The tonic’s fine.

When it comes to your wellness, it doesn’t hurt to get a little rowdy. Introducing Rowdy Mermaid Adaptonics™, ripe and refreshing tonics crafted with immunity-awakening adaptogens and juicy botanicals. Reishi mushrooms make their sparkling water debut without a trace of mushroom taste while luscious fruits, herbs and effervescent hydration quench your thirst for the unexpected.

I got to help create the #ImmunityVibes campaign plus product messaging galore. We crafted a custom influencer kit to send to all the tonic tweeters out there, launched good-vibes-only assault on social media, and got all kinds of PR buzz and feature articles from pubs around the country. (Yep, even BevNet.)

Flavor, Website and Email Copy

Each flavor sets its own mood and tells its own story as soon as you start sipping. I got to write said stories to appear on the Rowdy Mermaid site and soon to appear on each respective can.

Zoom in or click each image to go directly to the page to do some shopping. The Ashwaganda Blackberry is my personal fave, and truth alert: you seriously can’t taste the mushrooms. I’m not usually a beverage shroomer (makes me think of chalky chocolate shakes that still taste like portobellos), but these light immunity-boosting tonics have made a believer out of me.

Rowdy Retailers

Rowdy Mermaid kombucha is currently available at Whole Foods nationwide, as well as many Kroger, Sprouts, Modern Markets and other retailers and restaurants with excellent taste.

I’m proud to announce that we are now also available at The Niche Market at Meals on Wheels Boulder. We currently carry two flavors of kombucha (Rowdy Belly and Savory Peach) and will hopefully carry the Adaptonics soon too. Come visit me during my volunteer shift every Thursday from 4–6pm to get your rowdy on, and help make difference in the Boulder community. All proceeds from The Niche go back into Meals on Wheels Boulder, a passionate nonprofit that provides nourishing meals and a daily wellbeing check to over 250 people in our fair city.
