Any chocolate fans out there? Oh who am I kidding—everybody loves chocolate. But all the refined sugar lurking inside most recipes isn’t nearly as tempting. Enter: Wild West Chocolate, a badass challenger brand of organic chocolate sweetened only with fruit and from a company that gives back with every bar. Yes, yes and hell yes, please.

Wild West™ was founded in 2022 to return chocolate to its raw and rustic roots—to simpler times when every food was organic and clean water was the only kind. BJ, the brand’s nature-loving, chocolate-devouring, Montana-based leader respects that wild rivers, lakes and streams are the lifeblood of nature and an essential element of clean, plant-based ingredients like the ones in Wild West chocolate. That’s why she committed to donating a portion of profit from every bag and bar sold to preserve North America’s wild waters through the River Management Society nonprofit.

As the newest brand to join the Made In Nature snack and confections collection, Wild West officially launched at this year’s fittingly located Expo West. Within hours, it was already generating some pretty sweet mentions from news outlets including Food Business News, Nosh and many others via social media.
I loved working with this fearless female team (we dubbed ourselves the Calamity Dames) to give WW it’s rugged yet poetic tone of voice.
