I’m thrilled to announce that two exciting new veggie innovations have officially dropped from one of my favorite clients, and I was lucky enough to do the copywriting. So, without further ado, packaging and website words by yours truly and vegetable-loaded bites by everyone’s favorite giant. (That’s Green Giant® in cause you’re having a rough day and didn’t scroll down to the images yet.)

First Up, Mashed Cauliflower.

When your favorite ingredients come together, delicious things are bound to happen happen. Plus, with 40% fewer calories than mashed potatoes, it’s a modern mash-up unlike any other. Uhhh…yes please.

These mouthwatering mashes are available in Sour Cream & Chives, Original, Roasted Garlic and Cheddar with Bacon. That means you should def skip the spuds tonight and slip into something a little more…vegetable.

Riced Veggies for the Win

Riced cauliflower is all the rage these days, but who says the flavor has to stop there? Just when you thought veggies couldn’t get any better, they upped their goodness game in Green Giant® Riced Veggie Blends. Some varieties are all veggie, all the time (like Asian Stir Fry Riced Cauliflower) while others blend wholesome riced veggies with tender legumes and crave-worthy flavors to make a satisfying side or snack that’s hot and ready in minutes.

I know you might be thinking, “Wait…so there are BEANS in there?” Personally, I love beans. Can’t get enough of them. But if they’re not you’re thing, I assure you, the blends don’t taste super bean-y. The chefs at Green Giant transformed chickpeas, lentils and peas into tiny rice-sized pasta pieces, which mingle with the riced cauliflower. It’s a multi-textural masterpiece in every bite.
