Whole Foods, you complete me. As one of my very favorite clients, the well-known natural market gives me all kinds of fun- and foodie-centric copywriting challenges, including this recently released Go Local paper bag.

After a few years of the same design, Whole Foods was looking for something fresh. They came to me in search of concept ideas and copy for the next generation of their summer-season sacks. The assignment was to infuse a bit more whimsy and silliness into the land of local food, and the result was “The Localvore.”

In all Rocky Mountain Region Whole Foods Markets now (that’s Colorado, Kansas, Utah and New Mexico), these bags have games for the kiddos and all kinds of off-the-charts adorable design elements provided by the talented internal WF team.
