Fresh Thymes Eatery: Now Open.

For those of you who answered “yes” to both of those questions, and for those who just have an appetite for mouthwatering, allergen-free fare, head over to the Steel Yards in Boulder (near 30th and Valmont) and place your order at the newly opened Fresh Thymes Eatery. The big event was even featured in Denver Westword online.

I am so honored to having played a part in taking this place from concept to full-fledged restaurant—first helping write and creative direct the business plan and community funding website, and then giving Fresh Thymes a voice that’s fun, frisky and food-forward.

Some of my copy is framed on the wall (see pic) and there’s plenty more where that came from on the updated website, which is set to launch any day now. Until then, you can always read the “classic” version at freshthymeseatery.com. Bon apetite!
