Now Serving Organic Sandwiches.

I love sandwiches more than Joey Tribbiani (yes, that’s a Friends reference), so writing copy for the Organic Sandwich Company was almost too tasty to handle. Now open at the intersection of 16th and Pearl in Boulder, this quaint little sammich shop now has a few of my personal favorite lines displayed lovingly in the window, so naturally I had to snag a couple of snapshots as I walked by.
